Our FREE standard delivery service applies to UK Mainland postcodes only.
We currently do not deliver to:
- Scottish Offshore (KW15–17, ZE, HS, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–75, PA77–78, KA27–28, PH40, PH42–44)
- Scilly Isles (TR21–25)
- Northern Ireland (BT)
- Channel Islands (GY, JE)
- Isle of Man (IM)
- Republic of Ireland
- BFPO addresses
Some UK Mainland postcodes may incur a delivery surcharge of £50 – £250. If your postcode falls into this category, we will notify you before dispatch.
Standard Delivery Procedure
We work with trusted courier partners. Deliveries take place between 7am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday.
Small to Medium Items
- Tracking information is provided where available.
- Items may be delivered without prior notice.
- If no one is available, the courier may:Leave a calling cardLeave the parcel with a neighbourLeave it in a safe place
If your delivery is carded, it is your responsibility to rearrange delivery promptly.
If the item is returned to us due to failed delivery, a redelivery charge may apply.

Large & Bulky Items (Furniture)
For large furniture items:
- A delivery booking will be arranged prior to dispatch.
- Please ensure your contact number is correct to avoid delays.
- You must ensure someone is available on the allocated delivery day.
- We cannot guarantee specific time slots or weekend-only delivery.
- Some couriers may provide a more precise time window.
Delivery Access Information
- Standard delivery is to ground floor only.
- If there is a working lift, drivers may assist with upper-floor delivery.
- If no lift is available:Couriers may charge additional labourDelivery may be made to ground floor only
If you live in a flat above ground level without a lift and require assistance, please inform us immediately after placing your order so we can arrange an appropriate service (subject to availability).
Rescheduling Delivery
If you cannot accept delivery on the allocated date:
- Your local depot will contact you to rearrange free of charge.
- Your new ETA will depend on courier availability.

- Orders may be loaded up to 3 working days before delivery.

Estimated Delivery Timeframe (ETA)
Most product pages display an estimated delivery timeframe.
Please note:
- ETA is indicative only and not guaranteed.
- Official UK Mainland lead time: 14–21 working days.
If an order is cancelled due to delay outside the displayed ETA:
- A £30 handling charge will apply.
If an order is cancelled after dispatch:
- A full handling charge of £50 – £150 will apply to cover courier and administrative costs.

Receiving Your Delivery
- All booked deliveries must be received in person.
- If you request delivery to be left unattended, written confirmation is required and MN Furniture Ltd will not be liable for loss, damage, or theft.
Before signing for delivery:
- Inspect the packaging carefully.
- Any damage (minor or major) must be written on the delivery note before signing.
- Failure to note damage may affect your ability to claim or return the item.
If the item is significantly damaged:
- Refuse delivery
- Take clear photographs as proof
